Indoor baseball training facilities near the Metro East
Metro East winters and spring rain wipe out a lot of practice time. These are indoor spots we could confirm from public listings. Call ahead for hours, prices and rental rules; they change.
How to use indoor time well
Indoor time is expensive, so plan it. One hour split into hitting, throwing progression and a short fielding station gets more out of a rented space than an hour of open swings. Bench Coach builds a plan for the exact space and time you have.
