Free public skills
Bench Coach's public skill library and Custom GPT instructions are available without an account. Coaches should only share information they are allowed to use and should avoid passwords, payment-card numbers, medical records, and private third-party login credentials.
Accounts and youth safety
Account features are optional. If you choose to use one, Bench Coach may process your sign-in email and the content you choose to provide to deliver that feature, respond to support requests, and maintain security. Coaches operate the product. Minimize personal information about minors and do not create accounts for players.
Service providers
Bench Coach uses service providers to operate the website, authentication, and optional account features, including Vercel, Supabase, and Stripe. When you choose to use Bench Coach through ChatGPT, your interaction is also subject to the applicable OpenAI terms and privacy controls.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about account data or support needs. We may retain information when required for security, accounting, or legal obligations. Bench Coach does not sell personal information.
